Quote from Zelenskyy: “I would like to emphasize: neither this beating through [the] Terrorists and other similar attacks by them will stop our defenders. Russian propagandists lie when they say that this terror against our infrastructure and our people can somehow slow down the active actions of our military or create some difficulties for our defense. Ukrainians agree and know for sure that Russia has no chance of winning this war.

Our defense forces are [receiving] everything they need to defend the country and push forward every day; I emphasize: every day.”

details: Zelenskyy emphasized that the Russian army “[is] Come on[ing] and retreat[ing] on the battlefield, and that is why the results of terror against our civilian population and infrastructure are presented by Russian propaganda as a substitute for military victories.”

Meanwhile, the President of Ukraine also urged Ukrainians to reduce their energy consumption and plan their days in light of the schedule of planned power outages aimed at stabilizing Ukraine’s energy system.
