“We’ve been talking for three months about Beijing’s possible contribution to the war being waged by Russia in Ukraine,” but the Chinese “haven’t shipped weapons to Moscow yet,” Biden said in Ottawa at a joint news conference with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. “That doesn’t mean they won’t do it. But they haven’t done it yet,” says the US President. “And if something happens, the West is ready to do a lot more,” he says.
