“As the International Union of Muslim Scholars, we call on the countries of the world and the people in the countries that support the Israeli attacks to take part in the general strike that will paralyze all spheres of life,” the statement said.

The international organization urged that the general strike continue until governments responded to the people's demands and put an end to repression in the Palestinian territories, stressing that the strike was a legitimate tool in both religious and legal terms. international.

For his part, the Secretary General of the International Union of Muslim Scholars, Ali al-Qaradaghistated that this call for a global attack is a message to the whole world to support the Palestinian issue and end the war in Gaza.

Al-Qaradaghi stated that the strike has become an important protest option due to the failure of the international community to end the conflicts in Gaza, and reiterated that Muslims can contribute to the success of this campaign by calling for the strike and the Deliver message openly and transparently.

“I call on everyone to actively participate in the general strike and work together against injustice and oppression,” al-Qaradaghi said.
