This virtual application is called USPS Holiday Newsroom, which Americans can interact with in real time. This way the steps to follow are easier and deliveries can be made faster during the holidays.
The USPS reports that people can view low prices, check shipments and get suggestions from specialists using internet-enabled devices. The platform will have various options to address citizens’ concerns at the time of the celebrations.
Another good news from the USPS is that there will be no additional taxes on the amounts of these family rest days. This retailer is expected to be the cheapest in the country next Christmas.
US Post Office increases prices until 2024
Analysts expect people to expect an increase in USPS prices this winter as surcharges are not paid. A few days ago, the Postal Service informed the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) that different tariffs are proposed for operations in 2024.
The price change in postal services is expected to take place on January 21 next year. The increased value of the amounts must be more than 2%.
Postmaster General Louis DeJoy stated that attractive stamps will be designed for 2024. These will be dedicated to the Year of the Dragon, the subway line and the pinback buttons. Stamps will also be produced in honor of the late Judge Constance Baker Motley and writer Saul Bellow.
