Since then, the population has gradually declined,” Mayor Ivan Sabolić told Portal in 2021.
With the new listing, five moveinready apartments have already been sold. “Three families have already moved and what makes us happy is that they have all welcomed a new member during the move. As a result, the number of our children has increased,” said Sabolić. The price of €0.13 was set because 1 kuna is equivalent to 13 cents since the introduction of the euro as the currency in Croatia.
To buy a house in Croatia through the program, you must be under 45 years old, live in a marital or extramarital relationship and have no criminal record.
