An urgent message from journalist Ignacio Ramonet, specialist in communication theory and international geopolitics, has started circulating in several media outlets due to its seriousness. It is based on what happened at the UN Security Council meeting.
Russia has called a Security Council meeting to discuss the development of US bioweapons on its borders inside Ukraine. In that conclave, the Russian delegate submitted for record several documents and evidence noting official Pentagon funding for an “apparent” bioweapons program in Ukraine; names of US persons and entities specializing in the evidence and documents involved in this program; and the location of the labs in Ukraine and attempts to date to hide the evidence.
In addition, the location of 36 laboratories producing biological weapons in the United States was demonstrated, where there was an increase of 12 countries with the presence of these laboratories compared to the previous session.
According to Ramonet, director of Le Monde Diplomatic in Spanish, “The Russian delegate specified the diseases and epidemics, the means of releasing them, the countries where they will be tested and when and where the experiments were carried out with or without the knowledge of the governments of these countries and publicly confirmed that among the experiments and effects is the virus responsible for the current pandemic and the large number of bats used to transmit this virus.
Faced with this claim, the United States disputes the evidence.
The World Health Organization denies knowing about the existence of laboratories for conducting biological experiments in Ukraine and clarifies: «All our information says that these are medical research laboratories for the fight against diseases (Russia proves with evidence regular correspondence and visits of experts from the world health organization to suspect US laboratories around the world).
For its part, another key member of that council, China, has said that the investigation should be allowed when there is nothing to hide: “Why do you desperately refuse to have a specialist investigation done to find out the truth, especially with convincing ones?” Documents and Evidence?” they explained to the United States delegate.
What is being talked about specifically, Ramonet explains, is the use of “numbered birds,” a weapon that can kill without firing a single shot. It was shocking for Russia to find numbered birds originating from Ukrainian biological laboratories funded and supervised by the United States during its special military operation in Ukraine.
The goal is to know how bird migrations work after carefully studying them, knowing the path they take, the exact place or country where they stop at each season, those traveling between countries, and those who do so between continents.
And why is it important to have this detailed information?
A group of these birds is captured in a lab, intelligently processed, digitized to insert a chip and germ pods. They are then released to join their migrant groups and wreak havoc in the destination country.
Then their flight is monitored by satellite to determine their exact location and the country they wish to damage, they destroy the chip, kill the bird and the germs are spread over that area or region they wish to affect what ends can be an epidemic. . In doing so, they inflict severe damage on the target country without military, economic and political costs.
This numbering, Ramonet says, is a crime under international law because, since birds are animals that travel from one country to another, they can be used as weapons of mass destruction.
