Located in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States United Statesthe 24 year old Robert Louis Singletary shot dead a neighbor and his 6-year-old daughter after a basketball rolled into his yard. The man then fled and is now being sought. Gaston County Police said he should be armed and dangerous and that anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts should call the police immediately. Father and daughter, on the other hand, were injured: he is in the hospital while the little girl was discharged.

Jonathan Robertson, he said that neighborhood kids were “playing basketball when a ball rolled into the neighbor’s yard”. The 24-year-old, who was in the garden, then entered the house and then went out with a gun and shot wildly at the neighbors. When the parents rushed to pick up their children, the man and the girl were shocked. The little girl’s mother was only grazed by the bullet.
According to the witness, Singletary often yelled at children in the neighborhood. The 24-year-old now faces charges of attempted manslaughter, assault with a deadly weapon with intentional homicide resulting in serious bodily harm and possession of a firearm.
