His seat in the courtroom remained empty on Wednesday, October 4th. After appearing in the Manhattan courtroom on Monday and Tuesday, Donald Trump did not attend the remainder of his civil hearing on charges of defrauding the value of his real estate assets, which is taking place in New York.
The day before, the judge of the State Supreme Court had sharply reprimanded him: During the hearing, the judge had denounced a “degrading” publication by the former American president on his network Truth Social. Donald Trump called the court clerk “fiancée of…” [Chuck] Schumer,” the Senate Democratic leader. After this call to order on Tuesday, the judge formally banned all parties involved in this process from attacking his team in the future.
“The judge already knows what he’s going to do. He is a judge [du Parti] “Democrat,” Donald Trump said on Wednesday. The former US president, along with two of his sons, Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., as well as other leaders of the Trump Organization, are suspected of having colossally inflated their assets using cheaper loans from banks and better insurance conditions.
