Kentucky teenagers have been charged with “terrorist threats” in connection with a TikTok challenge.
Three separate incidents are said to have occurred on August 14, 15 and 17 at an Oldham County high school, police said Friday.
The incidents are believed to be related to a TikTok challenge in which students jokingly film telling their teacher they have a bomb or gun in their backpack, CBS News reported.
According to the police, two 15-year-olds were therefore charged with second-degree terrorism and another 15-year-old with third-degree terrorism.
