Bombshell revelation: On Thursday, the 40-year-old Vanderpump Rules graduate took to Instagram to respond to what the former beauty pageant contestant, 28, said in a recent revelation on Bethenny Frankel’s podcast
Leviss – who withdrew from the show after facing backlash over her months-long affair with Tom Sandoval – had said on the Just B with Bethenny Frankel podcast that she believed Doute was bribed to silence.
“Kristen was just starting to talk about her turbulent relationship with James and what happened behind closed doors,” she began.
“Then all of a sudden she was presented with this spin-off,” she told the Real Housewives of New York City alum.
She then claimed, “I believe.” [it] is a way of silencing them — keeping that a secret — so the longevity of Vanderpump Rules can continue.
“I saw that he was a violent person, so I have no doubt that what she says is true,” she said of her ex-fiancé, with whom she dated for five years.
“I hope that one day it will come out and there will be justice,” she added.
“It’s interesting because the cast members who were fired and canceled back then are now making a huge comeback – because this scandal is so lewd that we, Tom and I, are the ultimate villains – and now they have a platform to express themselves to rehabilitate.” She added.
Doute – who dated the DJ before Leviss’ 2015 season and had a toxic relationship that also played out on the show – then shared another clip the same day to further elaborate on her comment.

She denied the claims: “I agree with what Rachel says about ‘You Know Who,'” she said, without naming her ex. “I think I expressed my feelings very clearly. “But also, guys, seriously, there’s no opportunity, nothing new that I’ve been given as a way of silencing me or as hush money or anything like that,” she continued
“I haven’t heard Bethenny’s podcast with Rachel,” she explained. “I saw a TikTok that had a clip with my name on it, so I responded to it.”
“And now I’m hearing all sorts of things that were said.” “I have no idea,” she said.

“So that part is completely wrong,” she added. “And I hope that clears things up.”
A Bravo spokesperson also denied the claims in a statement obtained by Us Weekly and released Thursday: “Kristen Doute was one of the people approached about an upcoming spin-off because she is part of the friends group who are in a new show.”
