“Vanderpump Rules” star Ariana Madix has sued her unfaithful ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval over the $2 million Los Angeles-area home where they still live together in order to move on.
The 38-year-old reality star is taking legal action against Sandoval, 40, who recently sued an LA bakery as she filed a lawsuit in LA Superior Court over her San Fernando Valley home, according to documents obtained by on Friday.
According to the documents, the former couple does not agree on how to divide the property.
They read that Ariana wants a “partition by sale,” which essentially means she wants to order a judge to sell the house to divide the proceeds.
What she is fighting is a “split in kind” that would allow each of them to retain their ownership interest in the property, which could theoretically result in one of them selling to a third party.

The couple purchased the LA-area home in 2019 for about $2 million.
However, their nine-year relationship ended with “Scandoval,” during which Sandoval was involved in an affair with her 29-year-old girlfriend Raquel Leviss (now Rachel).
That's a very different tune than the one Ariana sang in August 2023 when she defended her decision to live with Sandoval five months after their split.
Shortly before Bethenny Frankel criticized her embarrassing living situation on her Just B podcast, the reality star declared that she wouldn't fuck [herself] over by making hasty decisions.
“I was never someone who came from money. “I know how quickly this goes by,” she explained. “I’ll take care of myself.”
The TV personality went on to say she is “not rich” and has a mortgage and other expenses.

Even though she lives with Sandoval, the actress made it clear that she keeps their interactions to a minimum.
