Kristen Doute has revealed that she suffered a tragic miscarriage at six weeks old with her boyfriend Luke Broderick, 32.

On the Nov. 26 episode of her Sex, Love and What Else Matters podcast, titled “We Had a Miscarriage,” the 40-year-old Vanderpump Rules star and her 32-year-old partner opened up about their heartbreak — after getting married on April 24 October found out she was pregnant.

It was the same day that her friend and former castmate Ariana Madix took part in Most Memorable Week on Dancing with the Stars.

Two days later, on the October 26 episode, the couple, who have officially been together since December 2022, revealed on the podcast that they were “ready to try having kids.”

“A few months ago, Luke and I talked about being in a very committed relationship and I went to see my gynecologist [in August] “And we have good news about that,” Kristen told listeners.

About a month later, the “23 Minutes to Sunrise” actress tearfully told her audience that she was expecting the “best damn day of my life.”

“It was very crazy to me that you can find out you’re pregnant – you don’t really know how far along you are,” the “He’s Making You Crazy” author explained.

“So weeks and weeks later, you’re supposed to be sitting in your body hoping that you can take care of this growing baby as best you can and have no idea what to do,” she said.

Kristen made an appointment with her doctor and scheduled an ultrasound to find out how advanced it was.

After a second scan, the couple received the good news that everything looked “exactly as it should,” but when they went for a third ultrasound, they received the sad news that the pregnancy was no longer viable.

Doctors told the couple there was “no reason” for what happened.

The Mayo Clinic reports that about 10 to 20 percent of known pregnancies end in miscarriage, but the number could be higher because many occur before the woman knows she is pregnant.

The James Mae founder admitted that she had an abortion when she was younger, but the Mayo Clinic reported that elective abortion does not appear to increase the risk of future pregnancy complications.

Kristen said she experienced “some light bleeding” in the first few days of her pregnancy.

“The only reason I feel comfortable talking about it is because I know so many of my friends have been through it.”

“So many women have gone through this and it’s really scary,” she explained.

“We were very lucky to get pregnant so quickly,” she said.
