Vanderpump Rules star Tom Schwartz and his rumored new girlfriend Jo Wenberg continued to fuel romance rumors when they were spotted outside his home on Thursday.
As the pair enjoyed a morning stroll together, the 40-year-old reality star and the 35-year-old hairstylist were seen chatting on the sidewalk in Los Angeles, California.
For their relaxed outing, he wore a black hoodie, light gray shorts and a pair of tan sneakers.
He appeared every inch the doting dog dad as he held on to the leashes of his beloved puppies, Butter and Gordo VonFriendenheimer.

Later, after shedding her tote bag and personal belongings, she slipped into a cozy sweatshirt, patterned shorts and black-and-white striped mules.
In a recent episode of Vanderpump Rules, Schwartz said he stayed up until 4 a.m. to “hang out” with Wenberg, but clarified that they didn’t have sex.
He has since told Us Weekly that “Jo is a badass hairstylist” and called her a “beautiful soul,” but insisted their relationship was strictly platonic.
“I just got out of a 12-year relationship. I can’t be in a committed relationship — I can’t dive back into another relationship,” added the TV personality.
“It wouldn’t be fair to the other person because I’m kind of busy with business and my family and kind of falling in love all over again.”
Last year, he announced the end of his marriage to Maloney in a heartbreaking post on Instagram.
“Katie and I are breaking up. I’m not ready to use the “D” word yet because it’s too painful. Yes, my sorrow, but I’ll be alright. I don’t want to arouse sympathy here. I’m not the victim. I will not write a song that is too sad, ”wrote the restaurateur.
He continued, “Fully respect Katie’s decision and we’ve had healthy, productive conversations about it. It would be a lot sadder if she decided to stay with me even though she’s not happy.”

Moments later, Maloney shared her own statement on Instagram, announcing that she and Schwartz are “ending our marriage” and that the “ending will not be met with resentment or hostility, no sides to choose from.”
The couple, who have appeared on Vanderpump Rules as a couple since the show began in 2013, married in 2019. They originally married in 2016, but later found out the marriage was illegitimate due to misfiled documentation.
Schwartz’s post began with him expressing how much it “sucked” that he and Maloney weren’t moving on with their lives as a couple.
“Well, that sucks. How am I supposed to capture 12 years of love in a fucking canned Instagram caption? Which image should I use? Is there a font to break up?
He went on to “clear the air on some rumours” by confirming their split and stressing that he respects Maloney’s “decision” to end the relationship.
“After nine years on a reality TV show, it definitely feels a little like saying, ‘Please respect our privacy’ (especially while posting this), so I’m asking you to be kind instead.

“I don’t accuse you of hasty judgment. If I had watched the last 9 years on VPR I would have done it too.”
Schwartz and Maloney’s relationship has had an impact on Vanderpump Rules, including allegations of cheating on Schwartz during the reality series’ third season in 2016.
“Perception is distorted [because] Seeing snippets of our lives on the show, but I’m telling you, we’ve had some of the happiest, most romantic and fun times humanly possible over the course of our relationship.
“I speak of heavenly joy on earth. She taught me so much about love and being a better partner.”
Schwartz said that while it’s “hard not to feel like a statistic” because it’s “another failed marriage,” he doesn’t view his relationship with Maloney as a “failure.”
“As sad as I am, I am happy to say that there is no anger or bitterness. Zero. Still so much love to you @musickillskate and your family,” he wrote, tagging Maloney’s Instagram.
“I don’t think we were ever a model couple. Maybe we are model divorces. A dubious title, I suppose. I am also aware of the tragedies that are happening in the world right now. I have perspective here. I’ll be fine.
“I just got out of a 12-year relationship. I can’t be in a committed relationship – I can’t dive back into another relationship,” added the TV personality (seen with ex Katie Maloney in 2021).
“Now I’m going to shut up and say it one last time, I love you boy. Always and forever you will be in my heart. on my ass? Maybe not so much,” Schwartz concluded.
Along with his lengthy text post, the TomTom Restaurant & Bar owner included a number of his favorite snaps of Maloney, as well as several shots of the couple together over the years.
For Maloney’s testimony, the 35-year-old reality star admitted to her followers that she “never thought I would have to make an announcement like this.
“But I think it’s important to be open about my life with you. After 12 years of adventuring through life together, Tom and I are ending our marriage,” she wrote.

Shortly after posting, Schwartz and Maloney were flooded with love and support from the past and present cast of Vanderpump Rules in the comments sections of their posts.
Kristen Doute, who introduced the couple to fame in 2011, wrote: “Love you both forever [HEART EMOJI]’
“Though we are on different paths, we will continue to love each other and support each other’s happiness. Thank you for all the kind words and support,” Katie said of their split over the past year
James Kennedy and Raquel Leviss, who announced their own split in January after five years together, sent Schwartz their “love” in the comments.
Ariana Madix, who is romantically linked to Schwartz’s business partner Tom Sandoval, commented that she loves him and Maloney “so much”.
The couple’s confirmation of their split comes after they were caught at the same party in West Hollywood celebrating TV producer/writer Phoebe Fisher’s birthday over the weekend.
It took place at Schwartz’s TomTom Bar & Restaurant. Although they were both in attendance, Schwartz and Maloney were not pictured together.
