Vania Nonnenmacher, Mother of model Gisele Bündchen, died this Sunday at the age of 75 (28). She was admitted to the Moinhos de Vento Hospital in Porto Alegre for treatment of cancer. The information comes from journalist Kelly Matos from GZH.
A retired banker who worked at Banco do Brasil, Vânia was discreet on social media. Vânia was married to Valdir Bündchen, a university professor, and had six daughters: Gisele, Patrícia (twins), Rafaela, Raquel, Graziela and Gabriela. The family lived in Horizontina, northwest of Rio Grande do Sul, where Gisele was born.
The family has not yet commented on Vânia's death. The wake is scheduled for this Monday morning (29th) in Porto Alegre.
