The Palestinian described the situation in detail and the leaders agreed to call for an “immediate” ceasefire. Both presidents also call for the establishment of a humanitarian aid channel for the population as well as the restoration of international law and compliance with UN resolutions.
Venezuelans and Palestinians are calling on countries to act to ensure “legality.” The statement calls on the international community and UN authorities to work for peace and the consolidation of a Palestinian state. Maduro reiterated Venezuela’s “unconditional” support for the Palestinian cause.
The Venezuelan President reported [ao líder palestino] which will send more than 30 tons of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip in the coming days as part of the start of a direct and lasting support plan for the Palestinian people.
