Vera Wang revealed a number of surprising secrets that help her maintain her youthful appearance.

The 74-year-old fashionista, who has long wowed fans with her toned body and ageless complexion, said she doesn’t compromise when it comes to fast food.

“I definitely eat McDonald’s, I order it every day for like two weeks, and then I change,” Wang – who recently admitted she’s “scared” of getting older – told Page Six at DKMS gala in NYC on Thursday.

The wedding dress designer also admitted that she likes Dunkin’ Donuts, sharing, “I like the cream-filled donut covered in sugar.” It’s like a jelly donut, but inside there’s cream, vanilla cream. “I also like the pink with sprinkles.”

The star shared back in 2020 that her anti-aging secrets included “work, sleep, a vodka cocktail.” [and] not much sun.’

The beauty also told Page Six that her work life keeps her young.

“Basically I’ve worked my whole life, so it was really about the work. “I think work keeps you young and motivated.”

“I work long hours, I’ve raised two daughters.” I think staying busy is the best antidote [for] sound Health.’

At the gala, the legendary fashion designer revealed that she doesn’t care too much about her appearance.

Wang, who shocked fans last year when she showed off her incredible figure in a series of pictures from her 73rd birthday party, admitted that her greater concern was to avoid physical disability.

Speaking exclusively to , she said: “I think what happens sometimes when you get older… I’m more afraid of physical disabilities… not all of that.”

“I’m not so concerned with how I look.” “I love my work and I’m very passionate about my work, my friends, my daughters… I mean, I have a very full life.”

In an interview with People in April, Vera revealed that her timeless beauty comes from sipping vodka cocktails, sleeping nine hours a day, working and staying out of the sun.

“It is known that I like to drink a vodka cocktail. There’s no question about it, I do. Sometime after five or six o’clock, around seven, I drink a vodka,” she explained.

And although she noted that no one ever “believed” her, another of her top tips for staying young worked. She insisted that the work keeps “mind, body and soul” forever young.

Speaking to Elle, the bridal presenter, who founded her business at age 40, noted that work has always been her “lifeline.”

She explained: “Work has been my lifeline, making me feel relevant and challenging me over the years.”

She added that she doesn’t like being pigeonholed and wants to continue working.

Vera also attributes her fabulous looks to her nighttime routine of sleeping for nine hours every night.

The star told the outlet that she typically sleeps for about nine hours.

Some nights she gets less, but she “needs more than six or seven.”

Vera revealed that getting enough sleep helps her calm down and pace herself.

She stressed the importance of rest and pointed out that “every age has its own beauty standards.”

“I’m very flattered that people think I’ve aged well, but that was never my goal,” she explained.

The fashion designer continued: “I’m just faced with a moment where so much has been said about my age. “I just hope it doesn’t make my work redundant. It raises the issue of ageism and I don’t want to be pigeonholed.”

Vera started her own business at the age of 40 and revealed she felt “very lucky” to have built her own empire.

And while she’s now known as a bridal presenter, she wasn’t always obsessed with the wedding industry.

At the age of eight she trained to be a figure skater, but had no success and decided to enter the fashion industry.

She worked at Vogue for 17 years before moving to Ralph Lauren for two years.

She then became an independent bridal designer, designing dresses for Ariana Grande, Chelsea Clinton, Ivanka Trump, Alicia Keys, Mariah Carey, Victoria Beckham, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Khloe Kardashian and Kim Kardashian.
