Victoria Beckham showed off her toned physique as she hit the gym in skin-tight black gym clothes on Saturday.

The 49-year-old singer and former fashion designer worked up a sweat as she was put through her paces by celebrity personal trainer Bobby Rich.

Taking to Instagram, Victoria uploaded a series of snaps giving her fans a glimpse of her bespoke workouts, which consisted of a leg exercise and an unexpected arm exercise.

Looking stylish as ever, Victoria showed off her washboard abs in a black crop top and cycling shorts, which she paired with white trainers.

She styled her brunette tresses into a low ponytail, letting it fall over one shoulder and posing in front of the mirror with her leg stretched out.

The fitness fanatic posted a photo of herself holding onto an elevated bar, getting off the floor and bending her legs.

She jokingly said in a caption, “It turns out it’s gun day too,” as her personal trainer appeared to have done a few extra exercises for her.

Alongside a mirror selfie, the mother-of-four also wrote: “Early workout! Kisses from the sunshine.’

Victoria has made no secret of her love of wellness, previously telling Vogue Australia that she makes sure to get in two morning workouts every day.

She revealed that she sticks to a certain routine at home in London, getting up at 6:45 a.m. every day and going straight to the massive gym in the basement of the family’s luxury home in Holland Park.

After dropping her 12-year-old daughter Harper off at school, she then takes part in strength training with her longtime personal trainer.

Victoria’s latest training session comes after it was revealed she will not be performing at Glastonbury next year to celebrate the Spice Girls’ 30th anniversary.

A source close to Ms Beckham told The Mail on Sunday that she wanted to focus on her fashion label and would not be touring with the band again.

“Glastonbury may be the coolest gig in the world but Victoria won’t be doing it next year,” they said.

“She’s built a career as a fashion designer that has taken her blood, sweat and tears, so she has to think carefully about singing.”

“Unfortunately, in the past she was mocked a lot when she sang.

“She’s a different person now.” She looks back fondly on her years with the Spice Girls – they were very special to her – and hasn’t ruled out the possibility of a celebration at some point.

Although the legendary ’90s band aren’t performing at Worthy Farm, they are expected to appear in a one-off documentary with Victoria.

Produced by Star Trek and Star Wars director JJ Abrams, the film tells the story of the band’s rise to stardom in the 1990s and includes interviews and previously unreleased footage from their personal archives.
