He is a founding partner of Empire Resorts, which developed the Monticello Casino & Raceway.
Victoria, who enjoyed an extended holiday in the south of France this summer, enjoyed a long spell in the spotlight after being chosen to represent her country at the Miss World pageant in 1993.
After her beauty career, the Scandinavian beauty was discovered by Hugh Hefner and became a Playboy Playmate.

Victoria said: “I started modeling at a very early age in Paris, when I was 18. I remember starving to fit into the clothes.”
“It was an incredible experience, but you know, I've done shows for Valentino and Chanel, so it was really prestigious.”
“But it never felt like it was my thing, I'm not like a skinny runway model, I'm more curvy.” It was torture, I was starving myself, you know, torturing myself.
“Even as a young girl you can't take criticism, all you hear is 'No, no, no' and then I went to Playboy and I could be bigger!”
