A Tesla owner’s dashcam captured a stunning crash on a Southern California freeway last Thursday.
Anoop Khatra’s impressive images show a van tire coming loose and cutting the vehicle’s path in the left lane.
It is then launched into the air and then falls heavily onto its tires.
At the conclusion of this particularly violent incident, the tire hits the car one last time.
The accident happened on Highway 118 in Chatsworth, reports KTLA.
The witness explained that the driver of the Kia was the only occupant of the car. Los Angeles police confirmed there were no serious injuries in the accident.
