Overjoyed with his performance, a contestant on the American game show The Price is Right celebrated his win a little too loudly, swinging his arms in the air until he dislocated his shoulder before winning a trip to Hawaii had.
“Henry cheered and yelled ‘Woo’ as he dislocated his shoulder. So he won’t be able to spin the wheel, though [sa femme] “Alice will spin the wheel for him,” game host Drew Carey said in an excerpt the show posted to Instagram on Saturday, reported by The New York Post.
In the footage, contestant Henry can be seen jumping in the air, waving his arms in jubilation and screaming with delight after correctly guessing the winning combination.
Then the images are cut and we can see the winner returning to the stage – still smiling but more restrained in movement – his right arm is motionless and visibly painful.
Unable to spin the wheel, it was his wife Alice who took the helm, achieving a score of 95 that allowed him to advance to the finals and eventually win a trip to Hawaii.
“Don’t hurt yourself,” laughed the host before the couple’s shouts of victory, three of four arms held high in the air.
