The Russian Defense Ministry said the paramilitary group transferred more than 2,000 pieces of equipment and more than 2,500 tons of ammunition.
The Mercenaries of wagner started to surrender their weapons to the soldiers of the Russian army, Russia’s Defense Ministry said on Wednesday, less than three weeks after the paramilitary group deployed to support Russian soldiers in Ukraine carried out an attack brief mutiny towards Moscow.

In a statement accompanied by a Video The Department of Defense displayed tanks, missiles and other heavy weapons and said Wagner transferred more than 2,000 pieces of equipment and more than 2,500 tons of ammunition.

This would be the most concrete signal that Wagner gave withdraws from the Ukrainian frontafter fighting one of the bloodiest battles since the Russian offensive began on February 24, 2022. This arms transfer is one of the measures provided for in the agreement concluded between Moscow and Wagner to end the mutiny, the ministry said.
