Cable company Videotron is viewed by Quebecers as the telecommunications company with the best quality of customer service in the province, according to a Léger poll released Thursday.
“Vidéotron has always put the customer at the center of its priorities and all efforts. Today it once again stands out in the industry for the excellence of its service offering. “These results are a direct reflection of the talent, commitment and exceptional work of our teams across Quebec,” said Pierre Karl Péladeau, president and CEO of Quebecor, in a press release.
Also note that Videotron has been voted “Quebecians’ most admired telecommunications company” 17 times since 2006, according to the Léger Reputation study.
The survey was conducted between August 1 and 7, 2023 with 1,000 respondents.
