It’s time to say goodbye! Already in the final stages of her pregnancy, Viih Tube started preparing to welcome Lua, her daughter to Eliezer Netto, and decided to say goodbye to her penthouse in São Paulo. The property, located in Panamby, a prime area of the Morumbi neighborhood, has been listed for sale by the former BBB for R$2 million.
Viih shared the news on social media and told fans why she left the apartment she bought in 2020, a year before joining Big Brother Brasil. According to the Youtuber, her wish is to raise her firstborn in a more spacious home and closer to nature. “We have decided to sell the penthouse. Now I make all my decisions with Eli too, because that’s marriage. I don’t see myself living here with Lua anymore, he doesn’t see himself living here either,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories.
“We’ve lived here together for a long time. And the money we make from the sale helps a lot of things that we are considering for our future in what we want to invest in. It has been finished for a short time, but they are different phases. And it’s a different kind of education and routine that I want to give Lua,” Viih added.
Luxury Duplex
During the conversion, the blonde said that she fell in love the moment she saw the residence and realized a dream with the purchase. “It was the first house I visited and I said, ‘This is it!’ Not programming this house was a lesson, and yet it came so early. (…) It means a lot to me, my little corner. I really appreciate what I’ve achieved, it wasn’t easy, I worked hard, I worked a lot from a young age to achieve this. I’m very happy, it’s unique to see a small place that you planned, destroyed everything and made your own,” he commented.
The property has a total of 400 m² distributed over two floors, served by a private elevator. The reform, in turn, was finished while the young woman was still in the house “BBB 21”, since Vitória decided to demolish much of the construction to create a leisure area with a swimming pool, cinema and three bedrooms.
According to Viih, it took more than a year and a half to make everything the way he always dreamed of. The former YouTuber’s corner also features a spacious living room, another dining room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a spa, a jacuzzi and a gourmet area. In a 2020 interview with Casa Vogue, the former sister revealed that the decor was inspired by a doll’s house.
“I’m in love with pink and when I saw it I decorated the whole house like it. From the cushions in the living room to the faucet in the kitchen, everything is rose gold!” he said. Check the details of the property:

Vitória also revealed in Instagram stories that the new home has already been found and gave details of the premises. “Guys, I can’t stop crying. Oh, I’m very happy. It’s a house that has everything I wanted for the future of Lua, you know? It’s a huge house, but it doesn’t exude luxury, it exudes nature, that’s very important,” the influencer shared tearfully.
“It’s a small place in the middle of the forest,” emphasized Eliezer. “It’s a small place in the middle of the forest and what’s worse, there’s a playground in front of it. It has a lake. Oh… I’m very happy guys, I can’t stop crying,” she said, sobbing profusely and making her husband laugh. Although Viih won’t share pictures of the property, he has already revealed that he is working with realtors, architects and his own team to get everything ready in time for Lua’s birth.
