WWE boss Vince McMahon has been accused of sex trafficking in a new lawsuit filed by a former employee. He claims the 78-year-old billionaire defecated on her head during a threesome.

Janel Grant, who previously agreed to a $3 million settlement in exchange for signing a nondisclosure agreement in 2022, has filed a new lawsuit against McMahon, the WWE and a former executive. In this filing, obtained by , Grant claims that McMahon stopped making payments after the first $1 million installment, and she is now seeking to have that agreement voided.

Additionally, Grant claims she suffered bruises and bleeding after McMahon forcibly penetrated her with sex toys he named after his wrestlers. She also claims that in June 2021, McMahon and another WWE manager locked her in a room at WWE headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, and took turns sexually harassing each other during the workday. McMahon, who is married, is also accused of selling Grant to other men and passing on nude photos of the plaintiff.

Grant is seeking unspecified damages.

Neither McMahon's attorney nor WWE spokespersons responded to 's request for comment. The organization had previously described McMahon's sexual relationship with Grant as “consensual” in a 2022 statement.

The lawsuit comes as McMahon is reducing his role within the company. In fact, he briefly left WWE in 2022 when the first allegations of his infidelity first surfaced in a Wall Street Journal report.

And this week, former wrestler Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson was named to the board of TKO, the umbrella company created by the UFC and WWE merger. Meanwhile, another former wrestler, Triple H (aka Paul Levesque), has replaced McMahon as WWE's chief content officer.

The WWE board learned of McMahon's relationship with Grant through an anonymous tip in 2022 and launched an internal investigation, which subsequently uncovered additional alleged payments by the executive to various women totaling $14.6 million.

Grant's filing alleges that McMahon enticed her into a sexual relationship by promising to advance her career before ultimately exploiting her and selling her out to other executives within the company.

In an alleged 2020 text message, McMahon is accused of sharing a photo of Grant and writing, “She could scream and try to say NO!! even though it would be difficult to say anything if her throat was in her throat.” is down.”'

Another message McMahon allegedly sent to Grant a month earlier read: “I am the only one who owns U and controls who I want to fuck U.”

One such manager, retired wrestler John Laurinaitis, is also named as a defendant in the lawsuit.

Grant alleges McMahon instructed her to regularly visit Laurinaitis at a hotel, where the two had daily sexual encounters before reporting to the office.

“I always left the hotel feeling bad,” Grant claims she told McMahon.

John is the uncle of former NFL linebacker James Laurinaitis. His brothers Joe and Marcus also fought in the WWE.

McMahon is already under investigation by federal prosecutors over the alleged payments, and agents executed a search warrant for his phone and served him with a grand jury subpoena in July 2023, according to the Wall Street Journal.

He was not charged with any crimes in this case.

“Throughout this experience, I have consistently denied any intentional wrongdoing and continue to do so,” McMahon said in 2023 of the federal investigation. “I am confident that the government’s investigation will be completed without any finding of wrongdoing.”
