According to a New York Post report published Monday (May 2), citing a video posted by the Telegram channel, Vladimir Putin is set to hand over control of the Russian government to Nikolai Patrushev, his former federal police chief, in order to undergo cancer surgery to undergo “General SVR” released this Saturday.
