The former model, 37, brought her four-year-old son Theodore to the bash – and the couple smiled for some sweet snaps together.
In a blue maxi dress with a bold floral print, the star sported a stylish look as she hosted the awards ceremony celebrating ‘little heroes’.

Vogue’s bright blue dress featured a high neckline and a padded shoulder design as she paired it with a pair of white heeled knee high boots.
She clutched a feathered pompom handbag while smiling for snaps upon arrival, her golden tresses falling in a straight style.
The TV personality put on a smiley face display and opted for a radiant makeup palette with a light pink lip color for the awards.

Her eldest son Theodore perched on his mother’s knee and smiled as he was clad in a white and green plaid sweater with a lime green waistcoat over it.
Theodore, who she shares with husband Spencer Matthews, appeared in his element during the party – clinging to a balloon animal as he posed with a character from the Paw Patrol TV show.
Vogue and Spencer also share daughter Gigi, two, and son Otto, five months.
And later, the beauty walked forward into the awards room to present her to the guests and six young winners.

Awards Day celebrated “Little Heroes” who stand up for children who deserve to be recognized for the challenges they have faced in their lives and how they have touched the lives of others.
Announcing the news that she would be presenting the awards back in August, Vogue wrote on Instagram, “I am delighted to announce that I am supporting and hosting this year’s PAW Patrol Awards!
“The PAW Patrol Awards aims to celebrate little heroes across the UK for their exceptional achievements in 6 categories ranging from bravery to community hero.”
A host of other famous faces attended the bash to celebrate the day including The Only Way Is Essex stars Lauren Goodger, Saffron Lempriere and Shelby Trible.
