Von Miller will be available for the Bills against the Chiefs this week, GM Brandon Beane told reporters on Wednesday.

The linebacker reportedly turned himself in to police last week on allegations that he put his hands around his pregnant girlfriend’s neck, pushed her and pulled her hair.

He faces criminal charges for assaulting a pregnant person.

Beane told reporters“There’s not much I can say. Von is here to be part of the team.”

The GM added that “we need to let the legal process play out,” but told reporters that the allegations against the 34-year-old seemed inappropriate.

Beane also said that the allegations against Miller were “very serious” but that the team would “follow the lead” of investigators.

A spokesperson for the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office told TMZ that Miller was arraigned at the Glenn Heights Police Department in Glenn Heights, Texas, around 4 p.m. CT on Thursday.

According to documents obtained by multiple media outlets, police say the incident originally began around 10:40 a.m. Wednesday at Miller’s Dallas-Forth Worth-area apartment when he and his girlfriend argued about their travel plans for the upcoming weekend.

The woman reportedly became upset during the argument, left the bedroom, went into the home’s office and closed the door behind her. That’s when Miller became “visibly angry.”

The documents then state that Miller managed to enter the office room and asked his girlfriend to leave the apartment.

According to the documents, the woman said she complied with his request but wanted to grab some of her belongings, such as a laptop and some cell phones, before leaving the house since they were “both roommates in the unit.”

That’s when Miller allegedly turned to violence.

Officers say in their report that the victim accused the Bills player of approaching her while she was still collecting her belongings and then repeatedly pushing and shoving her.

“As the argument continued,” officers wrote in the arrest warrant, “Miller’s girlfriend continually yelled, ‘Stop, I’m pregnant.’”

She further told authorities that Miller eventually pushed her onto a chair, then placed a hand on her and “applied pressure to her neck for 3 to 5 seconds before releasing her.”

The woman reported the pain to police but had “no difficulty breathing,” documents obtained by TMZ say.

Miller then allegedly threw his girlfriend’s laptop at the group before stomping on it.

Officers also say in their report that as the woman retrieved her personal device, Miller approached her and “pulled her hair, which ultimately caused her to fall to the ground.”

According to the arrest warrant, the woman, who claims to be six weeks pregnant, had abrasions on her left hand and bruises on her neck, stomach and left bicep when officers arrived at the scene.
