Kyly Clarke is moving on with her life almost three years after her split from husband Michael.
The 41-year-old mother-of-one looked fit and fabulous as she posed in revealing gym gear on Wednesday and spoke about her grueling exercise regimen.
The selfie comes just days after Michael returned from Paris with his new girlfriend, Jade Yarbrough.

“If I exercise as much as I do, I’ll probably get an injury here or there, and I’ve been pretty lucky as I’ve been exercising since I was 17,” Kyly wrote.
“Although it was a chronic pain of mine that I just endured, I have a small tear in my right hamstring.”

Kyly said she gets chiropractic care to realign her back and stretch her “hammy,” and she also strengthens her glutes.
The post comes after Michael’s new girlfriend Jade shared clips of himself with the former cricketer in Paris.
The couple only recently returned to Sydney this week, but Jade was keen to show the loved-up couple at a flea market.
The stylist recently took to Instagram with the former Australia cricket captain while on holiday in Europe.
Jade shared a photo of Michael putting his arms around her shoulders as they explored the streets of Italy.
Rumors that the couple was dating broke out in July.

Jade and Michael are said to have met through Today Show star Karl Stefanovic, who also happens to be Jade’s brother-in-law.
The single father-of-one is also close friends with Jade’s business partner’s husband.
The Daily Telegraph previously reported that Michael has become “pretty fond of” Jade in recent weeks.

Michael and Kyly split in September 2019, but didn’t announce their split until a surprise announcement on February 12, 2020.
It is understood that no third party was involved in their split.
In an official statement at the time, the Clarkes said the “amicable” decision to separate was “the best way forward” for their daughter.
Michael was last in a relationship with PE Nation designer Pip Edwards (pictured). In 2019 he split from Kyly
