According to the indictment, Medvedev was arrested after allegedly behaving inappropriately and getting into a fight with another person outside a bar called Andy’s Pub on Stortingsgata in Oslo.

“According to Medvedev, there was a misunderstanding in the city after he consumed alcohol. When the police arrived, he didn’t understand what was going on,” said his defense lawyer, Brynyulf Risnes. After questioning about the incident, Medvedev was released, continues Norwegian TV station TV2.
