The project has a fresh new cast and has started putting the updated cast into new ads.

An advert for the show’s 2023 season aired Tuesday night on Channel Ten, starring new stars Sarah Harris, Sam Taunton and Michael Hing.

Georgie Tunny, who has been a regular for the past few weeks and will continue next year, also starred in the clip.

The only surviving members of the old crew, Waleed Aly and Hamish Macdonald, were also introduced.

The video showed the cast pounding it for the cameras, with a jingle that read, “Talk to me, talk to me, all I want is a little chat.”

Waleed showed his rock star side, riffing on a guitar and encouraging viewers to “join the entertainment” in 2023.

The project has been completely reworked after a mass exodus.

Sam will appear in the program Monday through Thursday, while Michael will join Hamish and Georgie on Friday and Sunday nights.

The project has been rocked by several high-profile exits in recent months.

Lisa Wilkinson announced last month that she was quitting, effective immediately, and longtime presenter Carrie Bickmore confirmed her departure in October.

Peter Helliar also announced he was leaving The Project last month, explaining that he made the decision to quit following the departure of his co-host Carrie.

Tommy Little was quietly removed as a regular panelist this week.

The stand-up comic is no longer an “official” cast member, but will make sporadic appearances on the show, according to TV Blackbox.

Right-wing expert Steve Price was also notably absent from an official press release confirming that Sarah will be a presenter on the program alongside Waleed and two new cast members.
