Russian troops dispersed a crowd Pro-Ukraine protesters in the busy city Kherson. The Kyiv Independent writes on Twitter, adding that four protesters were injured. According to reports and confirmations of some videos published on social networks and Telegram channels, the Russians used Tear gas and stun grenades against those protesting for the occupation of the city. According to multiple sources, it should have taken place today a referendum to proclaim a pro-Russian republic in Kherson, the only Ukrainian city occupied by Kremlin troops. However, it is not clear whether the referendum has been postponed. Both CNN and the Russian dissident site Meduza wrote so Many residents have left the citypartly due to fears surrounding the upcoming referendum.
