New information is constantly emerging about the alleged massacre of civilians by Russian troops in the Kiev suburb of Bucha, which they have since evacuated. The German Federal Intelligence Service BND intercepted radio messages from the Russian military indicating such attacks.
As “Spiegel” reported on Thursday, the BND informed lawmakers about this. Radio messages would prove that in the Kiev area, specifically this area in the northwest, there were also paramilitary units in February and March, including from Chechnya. The BND declined to comment on this.
