The projectiles were fired in the direction of Pervomaisk in the Mykholaïv region, the company continued, denouncing an “act of nuclear terrorism”.

2:37 p.m.: Washington has formally determined “that Russia has committed crimes against humanity in Ukraine,” said Kamala Harris, Vice President of the United States, in a speech at the Munich Security Conference.
