CNN: Russia tested ballistic missile while Biden was in Kiev
Russia reportedly conducted – unsuccessfully – a test of a Sarmat ICBM while US President Joe Biden was in Ukraine. CNN says so, citing two US officials. Moscow reportedly informed the United States in advance of the launch via deconflict lines, an official said. Another source said the test poses no risk to the United States and the US does not consider it an anomaly or an escalation.
US officials believe Russian President Vladimir Putin would have highlighted the test if successful in Tuesday’s State of the Union address.

Italy supports the peace formula presented by Zelenskyy
