Former CF Montreal midfielder Ismaël Koné made his new fans wait a long time, but his first goal with Watford was worth it.
The Quebecer opened his account with the English second division club on Tuesday in a 3-2 win over Norwich City.
Far from the goal, Koné fired a perfect shot from deep to the ground in the 30th minute of the game, which went past the goalkeeper despite a nice dive. The 21-year-old didn’t take the time to celebrate his success, instead encouraging his teammates to quickly resume play.

In fact, her teammate Mileta Rajovic equalized three minutes later and Yaser Asprilla scored the winning goal in the 77th minute.
