WATCH: Jonathan Drouin touched by CH honor and fans' ovation

The Canadiens paid tribute to Jonathan Drouin during Monday night's game against the Avalanche in Montreal.

A video montage of his best moments in the Tricolor was presented on the big screen at the Bell Center. Drouin was visibly touched by the fans' ovation. Watch the video above.

Early in the first period, Drouin secured a point by contributing to the Avalanche's first goal, Ross Colton's power play effort.

The Quebecer spent six years with the organization, from 2017 to 2023. On July 1, he left CH to join the Avalanche as a free agent.

In 321 games with the Habs, Drouin collected 186 points.

After a difficult start to the season, he is in the midst of a very successful run and has picked up 17 points in his last 16 games, taking him to 25 points in 42 games this year.
