Weather in Quebec: calm before the rain –

The last day of the weekend will be characterized by clouds and a chance of showers in certain sectors. Humidity will always be there. There is still time to take advantage of the heat before rain is expected in the province earlier in the week.

Montrealers start their day under many clouds. The warmth is with the Humidex factor at a perceived temperature of 32 degrees. The Montérégie has a prediction similar to that of the metropolis.

For Laurentians, these clouds come with a 60 percent chance of morning showers or thunderstorms. Sometimes the thermometer drops to 21 degrees.

The sun comes out with alternating clouds for Abitibi-Témiscamingue and Gaspé. Humidity in these regions is around 30 degrees, with some chance of precipitation.

Although residents of the Outaouai can enjoy some sunshine and heat, they must reckon with a 60% chance of showers and a risk of afternoon thunderstorms. A nearly identical forecast for Estrie and Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, except for the Humidex factor, which will rise to 34 and 35 degrees for those regions.

To the north, there will be some showers and a temperature of 21 degrees or 28 degrees below the humidex factor in the Baie-Comeau and Sept-Îles sectors. There is a risk of thunderstorms. The Capitale-Nationale region will expect the same forecasts, with a higher humidity factor of 32 degrees.

Heavy thunderstorms are expected in the morning for the Charlevoix, Saguenay and Rivière-du-Loup sectors.
