Wedding guest films couple’s ‘screaming’ argument after boyfriend dances with bridesmaid: ‘She needs to grow up’

A couple’s drunk argument has sparked some very sharp comments on TikTok.

What is inflation and what causes it?

The conversation was sparked by user @djd_nail when he shared footage of a couple arguing at a wedding. The drunk girlfriend and drunk boyfriend were in a screaming fight over his dance with a bridesmaid. People insisted on choosing sides without any real information or background.

See how this bedroom is transformed into a living oasis after an incredible day-long makeover:

“Girlfriend is upset that her boyfriend danced with a bridesmaid she obviously doesn’t like,” the teletext reads.

There wasn’t much to see here, but a lot to hear. The camera recorded outside of a bathroom where the couple in question were engaged in a heated argument. The woman shrieked so loudly she was barely audible while her boyfriend seemed adamant to defend himself with expletives. He accused her of hitting him and insisted he hadn’t “touched” her.

The TikToker added: “Remember they were bloody drunk.”

Users in the comments were quick to point the blame, turning the incident into a battle of the sexes despite the very little context.

“I can tell from that scream this wasn’t the first time,” added one user.

“I was yelling at someone like that who kept marginalizing me. He knew what he was doing,” said one person.

“The comments are hysterical let’s not judge them YET, if the tables were turned the comments would be insane. Run dude she ain’t the one,” wrote another.

“Regardless of what would have happened if a man yelled at a woman like this, there would be various comments going on here,” one commented.

“No reason at all to yell like that. I understand she’s upset, but she needs to grow up or leave him,” one TikToker replied.

Remember, “Abuse is about an imbalance of power and control.” Therefore, to assess abuse in a given relationship is to identify the underlying power dynamic — most people on TikTok aren’t qualified to do this.
