Welcome to Week 16 Classes!
This is the time of year when Santa Claus is known for his exploits, but he's not the only one, as the NFL also delivered on Sunday during a wild week of promotions. In fact, Browns fans probably feel like Joe Flacco is Santa Claus because he continues to deliver for the team.
The Browns QB threw for 368 yards in a win over the Texans on Sunday, becoming the FIRST QB in franchise history to throw for at least 300 yards in three straight wins. Amari Cooper also performed well for the Browns, setting a franchise record with 265 receiving yards.
The entire city of Detroit also received a nice gift when the Lions gave the team its first league title in 30 years. The victory over the Vikings officially secured Detroit's first-ever NFC North title. The last time the Lions won a division title was in 1993, in a division that no longer exists: the NFC Central.
