Wellness influencer Laura Henshaw reveals her daily planner – and tells us the one very strange task she does every day

Wellness influencer Laura Henshaw gave her Instagram followers a glimpse into the day in the life of a CEO.

Laura, 31, who runs the Keep it Cleaner brand with Steph Claire Smith, recently told her followers that she starts every day by getting up at 6.45am and then meditating.

She also revealed that she starts work at 8:30 a.m. with several meetings before heading to healthy fast food chain Fishbowl for lunch.

She spends ten hours a day in meetings and planning before taking the train home at 7 p.m. to have dinner with her husband, Dalton.

But one task she listed caused a stir.

The popular media personality said she drinks a glass of water at 6:55 am sharp.

An influencer watcher posted her diary on her Instagram story, wondering why Laura decided to share this strange information.

“Why did she put it on her agenda and does she mean it was the only glass of water she drank that day?” you asked.

Laura once shocked fans when she admitted she only washes her bra once a month.

“How often should I wash my bra because I really don't wash it,” she said on the Keep It Cleaner podcast in December.

Then she added, “The longer the bra lasts, the less often you wash it.”

Apparently unfazed by her dirty confession, Steph flatly explained that she washes her bra herself “every two to three wears.”

Laura tried to justify herself, insisting that her bra “doesn’t smell.”

The duo's fans took to the comments section on Instagram to reveal how often they wash their own underwear.

“I only ever wash mine because I'm too lazy to put them back in the drawer,” one admitted.

Another listener confessed: “I've been wearing the same bra for about a year and it's been washed about three times.”
