Pedro Vilarva, the exboyfriend of US Congressman George Santos, said in an interview this Friday the 27th that the Republican congressman is unlikely to resign over the exposure of countless lies about his past will.

“I never saw him work at CityGroup,” said Vilarva, who used to be close with Santos’ mother. “When I was with them, they never mentioned anything about 9/11, even though I was born on 9/11. If they knew I was born on 9/11, they would probably say something,” he added.
Vilarva still believes that Santos even stole his cell phone and jewelry from a friend who lived with them to sell them on the parallel market because he needed money.

For the exboyfriend, the congressman got what he wanted: “What he always wanted was fame and power,” he said. “That’s all he cared about and he got it. The glory for the lies and the power of being in Congress now.”
