The Montreal Canadiens face the Arizona Coyotes at the Bell Center tonight, and neither team is having the best moments of their respective seasons.
First, CH has lost its last five games and sits last in the Atlantic Section standings with 52 points.
Martin St-Louis' men will try to get back to winning ways after defeats against the New York Rangers, the Washington Capitals, the Buffalo Sabres, the Pittsburgh Penguins and the New Jersey Devils.
Things really aren't much better in Arizona, as the Coyotes haven't triumphed in their last 12 meetings. Nevertheless, the team with 51 points is not at the bottom of the Central Section, as the poor Chicago Blackhawks only scored 35 points in the 2023-2024 season.

It is the Quebecer Samuel Montembeault who will be the goalkeeper everywhere on the CH side.
The CH needs to take the Coyotes seriously, however, as the Habs “stopped” a 12-game losing streak by the San Jose Sharks by losing to them on January 11th.
