While Sanremo was on the air, Chiara Ferragni made the holding company. And she copied the model from the one her mother in law designed for Fedez

Between the last week of January and mid-February – precisely during the Sanremo Festival – Chiara Ferragni decided to organize her small group of companies, creating a kind of umbrella holding company under which the various companies she owned would be grouped together. The model is similar to that built by mother-in-law Annamaria Berrinzaghi with her son Fedez’s companies. While Zedef is at the forefront of the singer’s corporate network, Ferragni has chosen to put a wholly owned subsidiary, Sisterhood srl, at the forefront of her group. Immediately before the Sanremo Festival, Chiara signed a capital increase for her company from 20 to 30,000 nominal euros. The premium for these 10,000 new shares determined by an appraisal was EUR 1,127,545.50. But Ferragni didn’t pay even a penny of that sum and decided to contribute to the sisterhood the stake she personally held in another company, Fenice srl, of which Chiara is the managing director.

With the completed operation, the sisterhood, which already held 100% of the capital of another Ferragni company, Tbs crew srl, has in fact turned into the actual holding of the group, with all the advantages and tax simplifications that this entails. The group thus formed managed the “Ferragni” brand in all its forms, from the launched commercial brands, to the image rights of the influencer herself, to the digital management of the marketing network, to the in-house re-production for third party parties of “fashion shows, fashion, Entertainment, musical, radio, television, cinema, theater programs, films, documentaries and everything that may also be suitable for transmission via the Internet, telematic tools, radio and television broadcasts”.

The group is also active in real estate management, public relations, organization of advertising campaigns, fashion consultancy and publishing in general “with the express exclusion of newspapers, periodicals and magazines”. The traditional group has a turnover that has fluctuated between 20 and 25 million euros in recent years and that could make another leap forward with the publication of the official figures for 2022, which have not yet been published.
