Cause for concern: The star initially sparked concern among fans last July when she posted bikini photos to Instagram that showed off her drastic weight loss
“I had to think about it and try to figure out what happened because it’s not something I consciously think about!” I eat to live, not the other way around. But after stepping on the scale, I realized.’
Whitney later expressed that she “doesn’t want to set an unhealthy example, so I made a promise to Timmy and I promise you that my health will be a priority.”
Earlier this month, she also addressed the issue on her With Whit podcast, in which she promised to “eat mindfully and build muscle.”
“When I think about how I look, I just think about being attractive and I think I need to define what attractive means to me and if those things are actually healthy,” she explained.
The star added, “So the moral of the story is there’s a lot of self-reflection that’s happening and I’m aware of it, and that’s step one.”
Whitney later revealed, “I want to put the right things in my body and also train in a way that builds muscle.” So, I’m in, guys.’
She then admitted to her audience, ‘I’m clearly not eating enough and my current appearance doesn’t look healthy.’ I don’t want to look like that.’
