“Sometimes people can just make you feel at home wherever you are and that’s how he made me feel,” added the reality TV star.

Eight months after her father’s death, Whitney announced her engagement to Tim.
Whitney and Tim got together in 2012, two years after the end of their reality show The City, where he was a co-producer.
They finally tied the knot in Palm Springs in 2015 and welcomed their little bundle of joy – son Sonny, now five – into the world in July 2017.
In November 2017, the reality star opened up on an episode of her YouTube series I Love My Baby But… about how the birth of her first child had increased her grief over the loss of her own parent.

“He has been the most important man in my life for most of my life and has really ruled. I miss him every day,” she explained, as reported by People.
Despite Whitney trying to give Sonny a sibling, she has suffered three miscarriages in the past four years.
Earlier in the year, Whitney spoke about IVF: “We’re considering everything right now, but we also feel almost complete with Sonny.” “We want Sony to have a sibling, but we won’t sacrifice all our happiness for it.”

The couple’s channel also features a new series called Renovation Station, in which they show their 186,000 followers the process of renovating a home into office space for Whitney’s overall brand, Whitney Port Inc.
