The legal battle over Aline’s (Barbara Reis) lands is soon coming to an end in Terra e Paixão. In the next chapters of the soap opera, a judge will decide whether the property remains in the name of Irene (Gloria Pires) or returns to the protagonist’s hands. Given the negative statements about the La Selva family, the judge will decide that the farm must return to Aline’s hands.
Everyone involved in the case takes part in the court hearing. Caio (Cauã Reymond) will be the first to make a statement, making a point of bashing both Irene and her father Antônio (Tony Ramos).
“Due to the excessive greed of Antônio La Selva, who happens to be my father, I ended up losing the woman who is the love of my life. Dear Judge, everyone here knows that Aline never wanted to sell her land and that my “father always wanted to buy it,” he will say.
Irene performed this trick on Aline just to give him this gift! My father and his wife are capable of anything to get what they want. And since they have power and money, they bypass everyone.
Then Antônio will speak and hint that he really aggressively went to Aline’s property. “Irene bought these properties for me as a gift for our wedding anniversary. My father left this property to the widow’s exhusband. But I never accepted it. This transaction was completely illegal!” he will explain.
The villain’s lawyer will advise him to be careful with his words so as not to get into trouble. “Sorry if I talked too much, ma’am…Your Honor. After listening to everyone and reflecting on the case, the judge will announce her decision: “In view of the elements gathered in this hearing that confirm the assumption that Ms. Aline Machado was the victim of a criminal enterprise, I accept the request made.” of Deputy Public Prosecutor and I order that the two defendants, Ms. Irene La Selva and Mr. Vinícius Carvana (Paulo Rocha), not enter or explore the properties of Ms. Aline, themselves or through third parties who will “I declare the meeting finished,” he will say.
Aline will celebrate and Irene and Antônio will be angry because they have not only lost their land, but also the opportunity to find diamonds and become even richer.
