Meghan Markle’s mystery British boyfriend – who features prominently in the Sussexes’ bombshell documentary – was invited to the couple’s celebrity-studded wedding and was previously hired by the Duchess to promote her now-defunct lifestyle blog.
Lucy Fraser, whose real name is Lucy Meadmore, left many viewers baffled about her identity when she appeared in the Netflix docuseries, but appeared to have a close relationship with the former Suits star, 41, telling interviewers, that she gave her advice on how to deal with the British press.
She was also spotted enjoying the ‘single-girl summer’ in Europe with Meghan in 2016, as sun-drenched social media snaps showed the pals sipping Campari soda and Aperol Spritz together and hanging out with Lindsay Jill Roth on a giant hotel bed posing.
Viewers heard from a number of speakers close to the couple, including tennis great Serena Williams, as well as Meghan’s lawyer niece, Ashleigh, and Harry’s polo-playing model friend, Ignacio.

Lucy – who has enjoyed the UK social scene in the past, partying with Sinitta and Christopher Biggins – seemed to have developed a close bond with the Sussexes over the years.
In the documentary, Lucy said she “warned” her friend about the British media and described going to Harry and Meghan’s engagement party, where everyone was dressed in animal onesies.
She added that the Sussexes appear as penguins because they keep their “companions for life.”

In a photo posted to social media, Lucy is described by Meghan as her “London bestie” as they giggle together on a bed in a hotel room.
“Those late nights when your London bestie comes to keep you company at your hotel,” the caption read. “Thank you @luc7m for keeping my bed warm.”
In another, Meghan is pictured in Greece on her now-defunct lifestyle blog, The Tig, with Lucy and Lindsay – who also appeared in the Netflix documentary.
Other photos from 2015 show her and Lucy in London posing with Miu Miu sunglasses on a street, and all three can be seen in another picture on a hotel bed in Greece.
Lucy – who worked for several PR firms, including Freud’s, before branching out and starting her own company – was also pictured at Harry and Meghan’s wedding in Windsor, where she was dating Abigail Spencer and Priyanka Chopra, the other close Friend of the Duchess who went to St. George’s.

The official guest list described her as a “longtime friend of the bride”.
It is also believed she was one of the “five friends” who were allowed to speak to US magazine People in 2019 – and who Meghan’s father Thomas criticized after excerpts of a letter he wrote her were leaked.
The Duchess is said to have met Lucy in 2014 – when she asked her to help write her The Tig blog – and the two traveled to Costa Rica to write an article about the Central American country.

Meghan started the blog when she was an actress on legal drama Suits and named the page after her favorite wine, Tignanello.
Recalling her first sip, she wrote, “It was an aha moment at its finest. It became a “Tig” moment for me — a moment to get it.”
When Meghan closed The Tig in April 2017, before announcing her engagement to Prince Harry later that year, she described it as a “passion project” that “grew into an amazing community of inspiration, support, fun and frivolity.”
According to Companies House records, Lucy was a director of two now-defunct PR firms – Project Smooth Ltd and LERMEADMORE – but it’s not clear if Fraser is her married name or an alias for the documentary.

Lucy, who is believed to be based in Teddington, south-west London, was unavailable for comment from Web.

A source told The Mirror: “There’s a feeling at camp that Harry and Meghan are making a lot of noise and there’s not much more to say.
“But preparations will be made for any outcome, particularly if unfounded allegations are made.”
It comes after the Sussexes were embarrassedly grilled by journalists over their explosive documentary in New York.
Harry and Meghan were asked if they would put money in front of the family as they attended a star-studded gala hosted by the Robert F. Kennedy human rights organization, where they received an award for fighting racism in the royal family.
The couple didn’t directly answer, but the Duke could be heard saying “so many questions” before they were escorted inside.
Beforehand, they told the ceremony that their war against “oppression” was just beginning.
