How tall is Diego Penny?

Diego Penny measures 1.97 meters (197 centimeters), surpassing youth players Denzel Caña (Cienciano) and Ángel de la Cruz (Alianza Lima), who are also goalkeepers but measure 1.96. Penny has been the tallest player in Liga 1 Singular for the last four seasons and 2019 was the last time another matched his height (Santiago Fosgt, former Uruguay central UTC).

For the 2023 season, there are 17 players in League 1 who are over 190 centimeters tall. Of these, six are goalkeepers, eight central defenders, one central midfielder and two forwards.
