Moon Bin is best known for being a member of the K-pop band ASTRO, where he made his debut in 2016. The other members of the group are Jinjin, MJ, Cha Eun-woo, and Yoon San-ha.

South Korean police believe Moon Bin took his own life, they told CNN on Thursday.

“Moon is said to have taken his own life and no evidence of foul play has been found in connection with this case,” authorities confirmed by phone.

The star was found dead by her manager at her home in south Seoul around 8:10 p.m. Wednesday, according to an officer at the Gangnam Police Station.
