Singer Anitta, 29, and footballer Richarlison, 25, have gone viral on social media in recent days. Netizens saved an interview in which the athlete stated that he would “stay” with the artist after winning the world championship.
During the conversation with the channel “Pilhado” on YouTube in March 2021, the player was asked if he already stayed with the singer.
“Boy, I didn’t take it. But if she wants it, I want it,” said the Brazil No9, who added: “After winning the World Cup, I’ll take her”.
Now, however, the topic is back on the internet. Via Twitter, fans began questioning the celebrity about the possibility of an affair if Brazil won the competition.
“Would you take Richarlison or of course?” Posted one follower. “I hope Anitta stays with Richarlison,” wrote one netizen. “Are you going to get Richarlison or not, Anitta?” asked another. “Apparently Richarlison said he was going to have Anitta and that she was a goddess,” said one fan.
Asked about the issue at a press conference after the team’s win against Switzerland on Monday (28th), the player declined to comment and said he was concentrating on the trophy.
“That’s for later, my focus now is on the World Cup here,” he replied jokingly.
Anitta has not yet commented on the matter.
